I originally wanted to write "Derpy Mail!" on the right but thought this flowed a little better. Yay for my first pony cross stitch! Once I get my act together I'll frame this but in the meantime I have a couple small non-pony projects lined up. I think my next one is going to be Pinkie Pie on a higher count fabric.
The "pattern" is actually the Derpy sprite RJP from Ponychan made for Desktop Ponies. The colors are slightly off and simplified because I didn't want to spend ~2 hours driving/shopping to get $2 of floss (the closest place that sells cross stitch stuff is 30+ minutes away) so I just matched it with what I had on hoof as best as I could. *
kefkafloyd wouldn't approve. Sorry.
Sidenote: I really, really like doing sprite/pixel art stuff on 11-count.

Did you buy the pattern or make it yourself...and if you made it, possibly share it? ^^
It's been a long time since I've cross-stiched anything (12 years!) so I'm a little rusty....
Anyway, I just used the sprite from the Desktop Ponies app and matched the pixels to floss I had lying around as much as possible. No secrets there. ^^
