So. One of my projects in the last couple weeks has been this: a Canabalt style game featuring Applejack! I call it... AppleDash. Because Applejack is dashing. Forward. And stuff.
Currently only survival mode is working, though there's a lot of code and such in the SWF for story mode (in which Celestia asks Applejack to ship something to the moon and she has to defeat crazy ponies who want to stop her) so the file's pretty big right now. Use WASD for movement (you can double jump!) and use the mouse to shoot apples. Apples don't do anything in survival mode but in story mode you will need them to murder evil ponies. Those of you who saw the pre-alpha build of this game knows that Trixie is already in the game as a boss.
TODO LIST OMG:
DVORAK support (highest priority right now!), a less horrifying Game Over screen, a less crappy menu screen, actual graphics for the platforms, code for switching levels, code for generating levels, extra graphics for Trixie's spells, behaviors for other bosses (currently the list is Twixie, Nightmare Moon and Octavia), SOUND!!!.
